IT Support Engineer

Your mission:

  • First-Line Troubleshooting – Resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or remote tools.
  • Ticket Management – Log, track, and escalate incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • User Assistance – Guide end-users through step-by-step solutions for passwords, app errors, and connectivity.
  • System Monitoring – Perform routine checks on workstations, servers, and backups to prevent outages.
  • Knowledge Base Updates – Document solutions to improve team efficiency and self-service resources.

Your profile:

  • Education – Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Technical Skills – Proficiency in Windows OS, basic networking, and Office 365/Google Workspace.
  • Certifications – Preferred: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Fundamentals. (Optional)
  • Experience – 1+ years in helpdesk/desktop support or fresh graduates with hands-on internship exposure.
  • Soft Skills – Local language B1/B2, Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.

Dispatch Technician / Field Engineer 

Siedox Technology Limited seeks skilled Field Engineers to provide on-site IT support across Europe. Responsibilities include hardware repairs, network troubleshooting, server maintenance, and client installations. Must have own transport, technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA), and 2+ years of field experience.

Your mission:

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues onsite
  • Install and configure IT equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks
  • Document service reports accurately
  • Travel to client locations promptly
  • Support network/server setups
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Update inventory records regularly
  • Ensure client satisfaction consistently
  • Follow safety protocols strictly

Your profile:
